d. Cheques: We also accept payment via certified cheques or bank drafts. Please note that processing time may be longer for cheque payments.

2. Payment Schedule:
a. Project Deposits: For larger projects, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins. This deposit secures your project slot in our queue.

b. Milestone Payments: Depending on the project scope and timeline, we may set up milestone payments. These payments will be outlined in the project proposal and are typically due upon completion of specific project phases.

c. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon successful completion and delivery of the project. Final files or project launch will only occur once the full payment is received and cleared.

3. Currency and Pricing:
All prices quoted by Ganlaxmine Complete IT Solution are in Any Currency, unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees, if applicable.

4. Late Payments:
a. Late Payment Fees: In the event of late payment, a late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding balance may be charged for each month of the payment is overdue.

b. Suspension of Services: Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:
a. Refund Policy: Payments made for project deposits or services rendered are non-refundable.

b. Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, any payments made up to that point will not be refunded. The client will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Disputes:
In the event of any payment disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and communication.

7. Taxes:
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the services provided by Ganlaxmine Complete IT Solution.

8. Confidentiality:
All payment information shared with Ganlaxmine Complete IT Solution is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is used solely for the purpose of processing payments.

9. Changes to Payment Policy:
Ganlaxmine Complete IT Solution reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
